Anoushka Shankar

Anoushka Shankar is an American-born British sitarist and musician. She received the British House of Commons' Shield in the year of her youngest and first female recipient. Apart from the nine Grammy awards, she was also the first musician of Indian origin to be a presenter and performer in the live ceremony. Anoushka Shakar, who is just a emerging star on the Indian Sitar is Anoushka. She is a scholar and daughter of the legendary Ravi Shankar.
