Alana De La Garza is an amazing actress who has been leaving an imprint on the screen. De La Garza is a gorgeous actress, born 1976 in Columbus Ohio to a Mexican American dad as well as an Irish American mother. She moved to Texas to pursue an occupation as an Occupational Therapist at the University of Texas. De La Garza moved from Texas to Orlando Florida and took on different roles as an actor in local independent film as well as international commercials. The actress quickly discovered her love for the art of acting despite the minor parts. After moving into New York and in 2001 she scored her first role on the daytime soap opera All My Children as Rosa Santos. Through the early part of 2000, she played minor roles on JAG Las Vegas as well as Two and a Half Men. Her first big series role was the short-lived television drama The Mountain. De La Garza played Maria Serrano as well as a variety of top TV actors such as Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Mitch Pileggi and Mitch Plegge. Her most well-known character was Law & Order, where she played A.D.A. Connie Rubirosa. She appeared in 85 episode. In the course of a limited run, her character migrated over to Law & Order: LA. De La Garza was nominated for numerous awards in the character's honor including Best Supporting Actress Television Imagen Foundation Awards or even ALMA Award nominated. In 2008, she was awarded an Impact Award for Outstanding Performance in a Dramatic Television Series from the National Hispanic Media Coalition. A short moment later De La Garza was cast in CSI Miami in a recurring role. She was Marisol Deko, Horatio the wife of actor Michael Caine. Her most recent TV appearance was with NBC's rather darker dramatic Do No Harm as Dr. Lena Solis. Alyssa Milano was canceled by NBC after only two episodes. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. Her older brother Cory was born 10 years younger than her. Her family was very traditional and spiritual one. Milano began her acting career when she was seven when her babysitter joined her at an audition. With more than 1000 applicants, she was chosen to be one of only four. Milano has appeared in ads on television and off-Broadway as well, such as the American musical version that portrayed Jane Eyre.
